We’ll accompany every viewing

When some agents send ill-informed juniors to ‘accompany’ viewings, we’ll only send an experienced professional, who’s able to fully answer buyers’ questions and counter any objections they may have.

We’ll make sure we know what we’re talking about

What’s more, we make sure we all visit your property before marketing, so we can talk knowledgeably about it to potential buyers, and answer every question.

Evenings & weekends – no problem

Of course some buyers aren’t able to view properties during working hours, especially those from London on a weekend property hunting trip. So we’re happy to accommodate viewings on Saturdays, and in the evenings and on Sundays by arrangement, giving people the flexibility they need to make the right decisions.

We prefer to meet you to discuss offers and help you with any concerns, and at all times, we’ll be there to keep buyer pressure away from you. It’s what we’re here for.

We’ll be in regular, prompt contact

We recognise that communication and feedback is important to you. Once you instruct us, we’ll update you at least once a week. If you call and leave a message, we’ll call you back within two hours. Many agents say these things. With us, it’s a promise.

We’ll never blag or bluff

If we don’t know the answer to something, we’ll say so, then find out and report back to you.

We’ll go at your pace

We know that some people want to take things slowly, others are keen to get a move on. Whichever you want it’s fine by us and we’ll never rush you more than you’re comfortable with.

We’ll keep working after the offer

Once you receive an offer, we don’t stop there. Not only do we help you with the mountain of legal paperwork, we take on the tough job of chasing and cajoling any buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers as necessary to make very sure your property sale completes – and on time.

It sounds cheesy, but we know we have to put the hours in to ensure your happiness. So we work hard on the little things that make the difference. If we need to collect potential buyers from the station – we will. If you need repairs on your house before marketing, we’ll put you in touch with trusted local traders.
