In the end, you not only matched the property to a buyer with specific needs, but also negotiated a price £5 k higher than the offer I was prepared to accept. What more could anyone ask? I'm happy, and the buyer, from what I understand is delighted. The processing of the sale is such a short space of time was key to them, and a real bonus for us. The whole thing went without a hitch, so much so that I never even had a single conversation with my solicitor, which you recommended, as an exchange of a few emails, and the signing of two documents by post did the job.
