The lavish ceremony which took place at the five star Marriott Hotel in Mayfair was attended by 400 of the UK's top Estate and Letting agents.
The results of the competition are determined by research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent.
Over 55,000 questionnaires were sent out to agents clients.
