He's friendly, approachable, and clearly very experienced. He responds promptly and clearly to my emails and calls, and he's very proactive in addressing any maintenance issues that come up. For example, when there was a minor leak in one of the rooms, Sam arranged for a plumber right away to investigate and kept me updated throughout the process. This identified the source of the leak before it became a major problem, saving me time, stress and money.Renting out a property can be a headache, but thanks to Sam's professionalism and proactive approach, it's been a stress-free experience.
