Stage the scene

Be realistic with the asking price

The market is constantly on the move. When you’re preparing to sell your property, it’s important to seek up-to-date information when it comes to setting a sensible asking price. A good agent will help you assess the value of your home and compare it to prices achieved with recently sold properties in the BN16 area. Too high, and you risk your property stagnating on the market. Too low, and you risk a missed opportunity.

Make sure you’re viewing-ready
