Can we trust reviews?

At Cooper Adams like most businesses we love our client testimonials. We are always looking to improve and as such like any critisism from clients. Many businesses are now paying review sites to collect reviews for them. They pressurise people to leave a review and show it on their website if it's glowing. Some of them ask for the review when the property goes onto the market and offer a discounted fee for this. They may even keep some lower reviews to make it look real but delete most of the bad reviews.

I would like to see the government intervene as this preys on the public's trust.
