Day: Every Thursday (STARTING THURSDAY 12th APRIL)
Walk Location: East Preston and vicinity
Meeting Point: East Preston and Kingston Village Hall, Sea Road, East Preston, BN16 1LP
All walks are free of charge and booking is not required
You are advised to wear comfortable footwear and appropriate clothing
Walks take place throughout the year and will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions
All walks are supervised by trained walk leaders
Walks are approximately 3 miles long and last for no longer than 90 minutes. Please note that this is subject to weather conditions
You will be asked to fill in an Outdoor Health Questionnaire if you are new walker to the scheme so that the walk leaders are aware of any health issues. If in doubt please consult with your G.P before coming along
Please inform one of the walk leaders if you wish to leave the walk early
Please be aware that dogs are not permitted on our walks

However, Walk Leaders are not responsible for your individual safety. You are expected to observe the Highway Code at all times. The walks are undertaken at your own risk.
Your East Preston Walk Leaders Paul and Alison
On Thursday 12th April, 63 took part in the inaugural East Preston weekly walk. The route chosen started at the Village Hall, Sea Road comprising of a figure of eight which incorporated the Angmering On Sea and Willowhayne Estates ending at the Clockhouse Bar and Deli, Sea Road for well-earned refreshments of tea/coffee and biscuits.
East Preston walks which are kindly supported by Cooper Adams Estate Agent will from now on take place every Thursday starting from the Village Hall at 10.30am and ending at the Clockhouse Bar and Deli where a heavily discounted cup of tea/coffee and biscuits will be on sale. All walks which are free of charge will be approximately three miles long and last for no longer than 90 minutes.
These walks which are run by Freedom Leisure and take place weekly across Arun (Ferring, Hotham Park - Bognor, Angmering Park, Aldwick, Littlehampton, Arundel, Rustington and now East Preston), are promoted as healthy walks and all abilities are encouraged to participate.
