At Cooper Adams, we are committed to ensuring we provide a safe environment for our employees and for all of our clients. We have taken many measures to protect against the spreading of COVID-19, which includes a health assessment on anyone who has requested to meet us.

We will do all we can to ensure we can fulfil your request in every way. All information which you complete will be treated in strict confidence.

We will need a copy of this before a meeting/viewing/valuation takes place, on the day of the meeting.

Have you, or any person, in your household recovered from COVID-19 in the last week? Yes/No

Have you, or any person, in your household been overseas in the last two weeks? Yes/No

Our viewing protocol is two people maximum (no children or pets) viewings are 15 minutes maximum, please wear a face mask, at the viewing do not touch anything, the agent will open doors and disinfect anything touched. You will need to be in a proceedable position. You will need to keep a minimum of 2m distance at all times with the agent. The property owner will vacate the property at the time of the viewing.

Based on the information provided, we may need to re-assess how we communicate with you and agree on a suitable way we can work together. Working together, we can help prevent another outbreak of Coronavirus and we thank you for your co-operation
