Computers and Tablets for BN16 Schools
Let’s Keep BN16 Schoolchildren Learning
During 'Covid Lockdown' people realised not all school children have access to a computer or tablet. They need this to learn from if they cannot get into school. Lockdown hopefully is a thing of the past, but there are still children who cannot make school and have no devices at home to use. Children at home are sent school work to do but not all can do it.
At Cooper Adams, we contributed to a National cause to help this. This was set up by a great industry trainer Stephen Brown.
Stephen started this campaign whilst his wife Samantha was very ill. Sadly Samantha passed away in 2021 but Stephen was determined to carry on, knowing Samantha wanted this.
Stephen has now raised over £100,000.
Cooper Adams have now been given three laptops for local schools.
Cooper Adams Angmering office gave a laptop to St Wilfrid's School in Angmering in 2021.
Cooper Adams East Preston office gave a laptop to East Preston Junior School in East Preston in 2022.
Cooper Adams Rustington office gave a laptop to Rustington Community Primary School in Rustington in 2022.
If you can donate please head to - https://www.gofundme.com/f/kdyztk-computers-for-schools This would be amazing if you can donate.
We want to make sure no child is left out of learning.
Too many children do not have access to a device in order to take part in online learning. Please donate whatever you can!
Learning from home is difficult at the best of times (for hard pushed mums and dads as well), but that’s made doubly hard when access to devices is limited or unavailable.
Online learning has now made having a device essential if children can continue their education while away from school.
Together we’ll make a difference to our next generation.
Thanks for reading.
