Subscribe to newsletterOur very own Shaun Adams has been asked to join the Agents Advisory Board - a steering group advising National Trading Standards and the UK Government to help shape the direction of travel for the implementation of services to assist home movers in England & Wales.
Shaun said "The home moving system does not provide enough upfront information to buyers, it's slow and too many sales fall through in the UK. At Cooper Adams we don't want to wait for new legislation. We have new ways to make sales more secure for seller and buyer, more upfront buyer information and faster transaction times. Being part of the Agents Advisory Board we will be discussing ways to implement better practice and advise National Trading Standards and the UK Government to improve the whole moving process in England & Wales. It's exciting we have a direct route to the policymakers at National Trading Standards and the Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities. I feel very proud to be part of this forward-thinking team with Bryan Mansell, Jim Harris, Chris Ellis & Alex Knight"
