I'm happy, and the buyer, from what I understand is delighted. The processing of the sale is such a short space of time was key to them, and a real bonus for us. The whole thing went without a hitch, so much so that I never even had a single conversation with my solicitor, which you recommended, as an exchange of a few emails, and the signing of two documents by post did the job.
For me, coming into your office at a difficult time (following the death of my father) and receiving a fast, courteous and efficient service from day one, was the thing that impressed me most. Dear Shaun & Richard, The complete service by Cooper Adams. Once we decided to sell the dichotomy occurs as to which agent to use. Usually the analysis is how little commission can we pay but we still want the best service.
Richard Cooper arrived after we had two valuations from other agents. From the moment he came in we felt at ease. He portrayed a competent company with realistic knowledge as to the prospects of us selling. He recommended a good asking price and a period to review progress. The commission rate was great so we both agreed to proceed. In five weeks we had approx twenty three visits and finally a full price offer. As can be the case, this was not to be, we received great advice to suite our situation and within seven days and several visits we had a revised offer that went through.
